Mô tả công việc

1. Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of succession planning frameworks to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to conduct regular talent reviews and identify high-potential employees.
  • Develop and monitor individual development plans to accelerate the growth of key talent.
  • Align talent initiatives with performance management, learning & development, and internal career mobility strategies.

2. Performance Management

  • Take ownership of the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Support managers in addressing performance challenges and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on effective performance assessment, constructive feedback, and data-driven people decisions.

3. Employee Relations & HR Compliance

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including workplace conflicts, disciplinary cases, and employment-related issues.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify potential people-related risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

4. HR Process Improvement

  • Analyze current HR practices and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and strengthen HR governance.
  • Support additional HR projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the leadership team.


Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or specialized areas such as Performance Management or Talent Management.
  • Previous experience in technology-driven or fast-paced business environments is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of modern performance management frameworks such as OKRs, KPIs, and 360-degree feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations, especially employee discipline and termination procedures.

HR Systems & Analytical Skills

  • Proven ability to design, standardize, and improve HR processes.
  • Experience working with HR systems and a strong digital mindset to optimize manual workflows.
  • Ability to analyze people data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable solutions.

Business Partnership & Communication

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge existing practices and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Practical, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.

Mindset

  • High ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering impactful HR initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-changing environment.
