HR and Office Manager (Phnom Penh - Cambodia)

Mô tả công việc

Recruitment (30%

  • Research the suitable channels, build up HR network, industries network for recruitment strategies to attract the qualified candidates;
  • Screen CVs and conduct interviews to shortlist the qualified candidates; coordinate with line managers to arrange interview and follow up with post interview stages (job offering, negotiation and confirmation)
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools;
  • Make periodical (weekly, monthly..) recruitment and other HR reports based on given templates

HR Management (30%)

  • Manage timekeeping, annual leave and overtime;
  • Administration of employee contracts and other related documents and records of employee information;
  • Proceed Payroll and payroll related reportings
  • Handle all statutory insurance procedures for employees, including social insurance, unemployment and health insurance;
  • Provide guidance and responses to employees related to employee relations matters

Administration and Facilities management/maintenance (30%)

  • Ensure all office services, supplies and equipment are provided through managing office purchases and liaising with suppliers and choose quotation for office expenses;
  • Plan, supervise and direct maintenance services and repairs of assets, equipment and facilities for office and all branches
  • Register, payment and solving issue (if needed) for utilities (Phone/Internet/Electricity/ Water/Rental), laundry, gardening;
  • Interaction with local authorities where required
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, track and maintain statutory record for all branches, including but not limited to applicable licenses, permits and approvals, their validity and/or expiry date, and measures required to obtains or renew, i.e fire safety permits, business license, environment
  • inspection scheme registration, insurances, etc.
  • Deal with internal and external parties (internal departments, regulators, external counsel, local and
  • relevant governments) where required to ensure business meets regulatory standards and manage risks
  • Review and ensure service contracts/service level agreements are in line with the internal requirements and protect the company’s interests (e.g. adherence to standardized templates)
  • Other tasks relating to office and administration management that may arise

Other (10%)

  • Support around ACCT and Cash handling communication on side and connect VN ACCT, Operation admin, Country Manager
  • Coordinate between office and restaurants in specific projects where required and as assigned from head office to ensure its timeliness and implementation
  • Coordinate training activities where required;
  • Other tasks required relating to HR/ GA related matter;
  • Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR and admin management role with at least 3 direct reports,
  • preferably in an international environment and retail industry

  • English: Advanced level in speaking and writing
