Senior Fullstack (Java, ReactJS)

• Receive and analyze requirements from clients, clarify details, and effectively communicate with the offshore development team in both directions
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including high-level design, detailed design, implementation, and testing
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and compliance with standards
• Work closely with QA teams to troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and improve system performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with strong communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, covering all stages from design to development and testing
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and Java
• Familiarity with tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and communicate directly with clients
• Strong documentation and information synthesis abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience studying or working in Japan
• Knowledge or experience in the transportation domain
