Senior DevOps Engineer (Bangkok)

Job objective:

• As a Senior DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our infrastructure.
• You will closely collaborate with our development, operations, and testing teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud technology, automation, and CI/CD methods.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop and maintain automated deployments using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Implement and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimise deployment processes and enhance performance.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to optimise our infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Must have 05+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Profound experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker and deployment tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and best security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Cloud technology certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code such as Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK stack, or Grafana.
