Project Manager (Japanese)

• Manage the execution of the project from start to finish through effective communication and optimizing personnel utilization. This includes proposal creation for clients, setting project goals, executing the project, achieving project objectives, and transitioning to subsequent projects.
• Collaborate and define the project scope with clients during the proposal stage to ensure smooth project execution under favorable conditions for the company.
• Allocate necessary personnel and materials for the project within the required time frame, adhering to the agreed prices and other contract terms.
• Assist with other projects when necessary.
• Mentor and coordinate with other departments in organizing tech talks and seminars on new technologies at the company.

Requirements:

• Japanese language skills equivalent to N2, with the ability to communicate with clients.
• 2-3 years of project management experience (web, application) in Japanese IT companies.
• Experience with projects related to PHP, .NET, Java, C#, PostgreSQL, iOS/Android.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and continuously striving for personal growth.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities.
• Reliable, customer-oriented work style, and integrity.
