• Lead Fixed Cost projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate closely with presale and sales teams to develop proposals, estimates, and presentations for clients.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in English.
• Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams to optimize project performance.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts by providing project insights during presale activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for effective
• Proven experience in presale and proposal preparation.
• Strong experience managing Fixed Cost projects with successful outcomes.
• Solid project management skills including risk and resource management.
• Ability to lead teams and work independently under pressure.

Nice to Have:

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Experience in IT outsourcing or software development projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
