- Lead the development and execution of succession planning frameworks to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to conduct regular talent reviews and identify high-potential employees.
- Develop and monitor individual development plans to accelerate the growth of key talent.
- Align talent initiatives with performance management, learning & development, and internal career mobility strategies.
2. Performance Management
- Take ownership of the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Support managers in addressing performance challenges and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
- Provide coaching to leaders on effective performance assessment, constructive feedback, and data-driven people decisions.
3. Employee Relations & HR Compliance
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, including workplace conflicts, disciplinary cases, and employment-related issues.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Identify potential people-related risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
4. HR Process Improvement
- Analyze current HR practices and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and strengthen HR governance.
- Support additional HR projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or specialized areas such as Performance Management or Talent Management.
- Previous experience in technology-driven or fast-paced business environments is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of modern performance management frameworks such as OKRs, KPIs, and 360-degree feedback.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations, especially employee discipline and termination procedures.
HR Systems & Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to design, standardize, and improve HR processes.
- Experience working with HR systems and a strong digital mindset to optimize manual workflows.
- Ability to analyze people data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable solutions.
