Project Leader (JLPT N2)

• Coordinate and oversee medium-sized software development projects, typically involving around 10 team members with a project duration of less than six months.
• Monitor team performance, allocate tasks effectively, and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and overall status.
• Maintain a clear understanding of project activities throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, while proactively addressing changes, issues, and new requirements.
• Track workload distribution and project milestones to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a technical leadership or team-leading role.
• Hands-on development background with one or more technologies such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, .NET, Angular, or similar platforms.
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, with strong communication skills for daily business interactions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, services, and operational environments.
• Ability to apply technical expertise, language capabilities, and problem-solving skills to support both individual and team success.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project challenges.
