Media Executive/Specialist (B2B) (Contract-based)

Company Overview:

MINTO is a marketing & advertising agency. We have offices in Japan (HQ), Thailand, China and Vietnam. As a part of the ambitious 2024 growth plans, we are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Executive to join our Vietnam team.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing campaigns.

Implementation:

• Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and other media.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum results.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and performance data to inform future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

External Client Campaign Management:

• Prepare media strategy and execution plan for client pitching rounds.
• Manage and deliver media reports to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in branding and marketing within an agency or B2B industry.
• Strong skills in digital marketing and media.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, SEM, and email marketing.
• Proactive with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary
• Working hour: 9:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
• 1-2 days working at the office in Dist 1- HCM, the remaining days working remotely.
