• Analyze and document requirements for the entire Layer 1 ecosystem.
• Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from stakeholders, technical teams, product teams, and end-users.
• Prepare business analysis documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Flowcharts, UML, ERD, etc.).
• Support Product Owners/Project Managers in developing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in design and development processes.
• Conduct business testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA/QC teams to guarantee product quality.
• Monitor progress, provide status reports, and propose continuous improvement solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector.
• Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 / TOEIC >800 / TOEFL 90).
• Preference given to candidates with experience in Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, or Web3 projects.
• Strong understanding of Blockchain (Layer 1/Layer 2), DeFi, CEX/DEX, Wallet, Bridge, and Explorer technologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks (TypeScript, ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS) to comprehend technical requirements.
• Knowledge of Database Design, UML, Data Flow, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Excellent analytical, synthesizing, and logical thinking abilities.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.

• Lunch allowance: 25,000 VND per day.
