Job Description

  • Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff to ensure that the optimum organizational structure is met.
  • Create a department strategy and carry it through the plan to accomplish the company's objective based on the company's strategy.
  • Handle many departments or project teams for each phase of product development.
  • Make sure the employee performance review method is impartial and balanced.


  • Experience with Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology 
  • More than 12 years of software development experience
  • More than 8 years of web project or product development management experience 
  • Having at least a Senior Java or Golang Developer experience
  • Managing or developing an engineering team (direct or indirect) with more than 50 members, as well as flexibility in operations
  • Outstanding skills in problem-solving, particularly when handling urgent or serious situations 
  • Excellent people management background, including performance reviews, career development, coaching, mentoring, and one-on-one meetings
  • Strong background in B2B application development and management
  • Good familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS)
  • Strong security expertise and a reliable, high-performing system
  • Strong background in multi-tenant architecture design and implementation, microservices, and micro-frontend
  • Proficiency in resolving challenging issues in distributed systems, scalable online applications, finance systems, accounting systems, and banking systems in both business and technology 
  • English fluently (professional working)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a comparable position in an IT company, such as Department Manager, Vice President of Engineering, Head of Delivery, or Chief Technology Officer
  • Able to start from scratch and grow an agile/strong engineering staff to fifty: hiring practices, the process of developing software, career advancement, role definition, project organization structure, and engineering culture ongoing development for groups and organizations

  • Full salary during the probationary period
  • Performance and salary review: twice/ a year in June and December
