- Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent to build high-performing teams.

- Define a vision and career roadmap for technical engineering aligned with business objectives.
4. Strategic Execution:

Job Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English.
- 10+ years managing web projects or product development.
- 4+ years in people management and stakeholder management roles.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams of 30+ members (directly or indirectly).
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate large, complex, and frequent changes, ensuring the engineering team effectively meets evolving market demands.
- Inclusive Leadership: Promotes diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture that values different perspectives.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Strategically builds networks and develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive success.
