• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive the development and implementation of best practice in coding, testing, and deloyment
• Oversea the technical aspects of multi-projects simultaneously
• Create project timelines and ensure time delivery of high-quality software
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth
• Lead code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance development effiency
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide guidance in troubleshooting and debugging

Job qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Computer Science or related
• 5 years of experience as a Technical Leader/ Manager/ Director
• Strong background in software development
• Experience in E-commerce, Crypto, Finance or Banking industry
• Excellent in leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make sound decision under pressure
• Strong problem soving and analytical abilities
• Familiary with agile development methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
