Fullstack Engineer (Java, ReactJS)

• Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot and dynamic, responsive frontends using ReactJS/TypeScript.
• Architecture: Contribute to the evolution of our Microservices architecture, ensuring system reliability and high availability.
• Quality Excellence: Drive engineering excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and rigorous code reviews.
• Technical Documentation: Translate complex business requirements into technical designs using UML and ER diagrams.
• Agile Leadership: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies and mentor junior developers in best practices.
• Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications within a Public Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Technical requirements

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience in software development
• 3+ years strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs
• 2+ years strong experience in ReactJS, TypeScript
• 3+ years experienced in Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
• Understanding of software design diagrams (UML, ER, etc.)
• Experience in Microservices architecture
• Experience with public cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience in extreme programming, TDD, pair programming

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Container and Docker Compose
• Experience in Deployment and DevOps

English: advanced level (working with multinational colleagues: Singaporean, Malaysian, Thai)

Working conditions:

• Full-time employment contract (18 months)
• Non-B Visa and work permit processing will be handled. Developers need valid passport.
• Relocation support (flights, settling‑in, accommodation) provided separately.
• Priority given to candidates available to start May 2026.
• Working time: 9:00 - 18:00 (Thai timezone)
• Annual leave: 12 days/year
• Public holidays: Based on the local calendar of the work location (Vietnam's holiday calendar while in Vietnam, and Thailand's holiday calendar while in Thailand).
