Job Description
TROPHY9 is a children’s English program developed by Trophy Learning (Korea) with over 20 years of experience in English education.
The program is designed for: schools, English centers, and for students from Kindergartens, Primary schools to middle school. It includes:
- Leveled Readers (CCSS-based)
- Workbooks for 4 English skills
- Online Learning System (LMS)
Job Description
1. Educational Support & Training for Partner Network
- Train teachers at partner institutions (schools / English centers) on:
- How to use the TROPHY9 curriculum
- The online learning system (LMS) and teaching/administration management platform
- Provide consultation, support, and propose tailored implementation solutions for each educational institution
- Closely monitor and support new partner institutions during the initial program implementation phase
2. Partner Management & Support
- Communicate official announcements, policies, and programs from Korea headquarters to partners in Vietnam
- Monitor program usage and support partners in resolving operational or academic issues
- Ensure partners properly understand and effectively use the program
- Participate in education seminars, workshops, and events organized by the company
3. Cross-functional Support (Market Development Phase)
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams in:
- Program introduction and promotion
- Customer consultation
- Contract support and partner development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- (Majors in Education, English, Linguistics, Teaching, or Education Management are a plus)
- Fluent English is required; Korean proficiency is a strong advantage
- Experience in the education sector (English centers, schools, education programs, etc.)
- Strong communication, training, and partner-support skills
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to work in a startup / market expansion environment
