Job Description

  • Based on clients' requirement, present effective the solution from team consultants to clients.
  • Communicate with and meet with clients when needed.
  • Collect as much information about the client's business as possible.
  • Apply appropriate changes to requirements following company scope and product development orientation
  • Work on projects with internal (CS, BA, S&M) and external teams, constantly recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Ensure to fully support CS team working under Account Manager to perform the function of gathering customer requirements, analyzing, classifying, conveying all requests or suggestions about products to BA and Development team in a constructive, simple, and effective way following our compliance and standard.
  • Minimize the support of BA and Developer in receiving and updating project information for customers.
  • Connect team members through team building and non-work activities. 
  • Support Customer Support Team with technical knowledge.
  • Any other tasks assigned.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management System or Business Administration.
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in ERP Consultant or related Familiar with Solutions/Products of top vendors in industry such as SAP, Oracle, ...
  • English: conversational.
  • Good business process modeling skill.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
  • Good at problem solving and consulting.
  • Attention to detail, organization skill and easy to talk to people.
