Responsibilities

• Spearhead Business Blueprint sessions with key stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and confirm operational needs.
• Architect comprehensive SAP system designs and draft detailed functional specs that comply with organizational goals and standard SAP methodologies.
• Execute complex system setups and maintain peak platform efficiency.
• Manage and conduct unit and system integration tests, while assisting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to guarantee robust deployments.
• Serve as the primary bridge between operational staff and technical developers, maintaining transparent communication and project alignment.
• Collaborate intimately with the programming team to architect, evaluate, and validate FRICEW components (Workflows, Enhancements, Conversions, Interfaces, Reports, and Forms).
• Guarantee smooth interoperability across various SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Offer authoritative consulting on workflow enhancements and platform tuning in accordance with SAP's recommended practices.
• Guide and coach entry-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous knowledge transfer within the department.
• Create and administer educational workshops and comprehensive manuals for primary system operators and project sponsors.
• Take autonomous ownership of assigned tasks, achieving top-tier results strictly within agreed project deadlines.
• Play an instrumental role in full-cycle SAP deployments, regional rollouts, and ongoing system maintenance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot intricate technical challenges and resolve support requests swiftly to prevent operational downtime.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution.
• At least 8 years of professional background acting as an SAP Functional Consultant or in a similar capacity.
• Proven participation in a minimum of five end-to-end implementation lifecycles or comparable project experience.
• Hands-on expertise with deploying SAP S/4 HANA and configuring SAP Fiori.
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and deliver compelling presentations.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Japanese language capability is considered a distinct advantage.
