• Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest)
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or automated approaches
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Lead and perform different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, usability, performance, and security
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (JIRA, Redmine), ensuring timely resolution
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Provide clear test reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in test automation
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test automation suites
• Proficiency in one or more test automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, JUnit, TestNG)
• Experience with API testing (manual + automated)
• Solid knowledge of SQL for test data validation
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) to collaborate effectively in international teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, Gatling)
• Knowledge of security testing concepts and tools
• Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
