Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Test Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our projects. As a key member of our testing team, you will be responsible for driving the quality process through effective test case design, meticulous test planning, and hands-on testing of systems and projects developed by our company. Your expertise will extend to both frontend and API testing, as well as database manual testing involving MS SQL Server, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and more. Beyond execution, you will actively collaborate with development teams, contributing to the definition of tests for functionalities and performance. Your leadership capabilities will shine through the development of test frameworks and mentoring of junior testers.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of testing techniques with at least 4 years of practical experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, fostering both independent and collaborative work.
• Conduct hands-on testing in frontend, API, and/or database environments, including MS SQL Server, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Utilize defect tracking/management tools such as JIRA.
• Apply industry-standard Quality Assurance best practices for Agile and Iterative SDLCs, encompassing testing methodologies, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Leverage your experience with version control systems (git) and testing in a continuous integration environment (Jenkins/TeamCity, Maven).
• Possess basic knowledge of SQL.
• Generate comprehensive test documentation, including Test Plans, test reports, and basic test metrics.
• Work with requirements and effectively collaborate with clients and/or end-users in both French and English.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (reading and writing) and fluency or native proficiency in Vietnamese.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Manual Tester/Software Test Engineer.
• Exceptional communication, motivational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in performance testing using dedicated tools (e.g., Jira, JQL, Postman).
• Experience in usability and/or security testing.
• Proficiency in mobile and web testing, cloud migration testing, or data integrity testing.
• Strong team-leading skills.
• Ability to design a comprehensive test strategy for a project.
