Digital Marketing Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs, including paid media and content marketing.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing and social media performance using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
• Brief and collaborate with the media agency to develop and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on content and images on the E-commerce Fanpage
• Acts as a liaison between the internal team and the admin team when implementing minigames on the fan page.
• Responsible for tracking and closely managing the project's cash flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage high-quality content for digital channels, such as Fanpage, and landing pages.
• Support optimizing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok) metrics to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing and social media strategies remain competitive.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing and social media strategies based on data analysis and industry trends.
• Prepare presentation files for briefing sessions, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and annual reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing best practices.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences when needed.
• Creative thinker and problem solver, able to adapt and pivot strategies based on data analysis and industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong in data analytics and report visualization.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
