WEB DEVELOPER (FULL STACK)

1. WordPress Development

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Build and modify custom themes
• Develop plugins based on business requirements
• Optimize website performance and implement basic security practices

2. Backend Development (Node.js – Express)

• Design and develop RESTful APIs
• Handle business logic (authentication, data processing, etc.)
• Implement error handling and optimize system performance

3. Frontend Development (React.js)

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Integrate APIs and manage client-side data
• Optimize performance and enhance user experience

4. Database Management

• Work with relational databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Work with NoSQL databases: MongoDB (preferred)
• Design database schemas and optimize queries

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Fullstack Development

Hands-on experience with:

• WordPress (custom themes/plugins)
• Node.js (Express)
• React.js

Solid understanding of:

• REST APIs (request/response flow, status codes)
• WebSocket (basic real-time communication)
• Experience with at least one database: MySQL or PostgreSQL (MongoDB is a plus)

Ability to:

• Deploy applications on VPS
• Use SSH and manage processes (e.g., PM2)
• Read technical documentation and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Redis (caching) and queue systems (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic systems
• Experience integrating AI APIs or building automation systems
