• Directly collaborate with Japanese clients in communication, negotiation, requirement analysis, and system design for software projects.
• Provide suggestions and propose solutions related to business operations and technology to clients.
• Manage projects by planning, monitoring, controlling progress, and coordinating with clients in project management tasks.
• Work with Managers/Leaders to address issues such as technical challenges, change requests, operational problems, investigation demands, and client requirements.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables through thorough product testing before handover to clients.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the project team, resolving issues that arise during the project and post-handover.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in software project management for Japanese clients.
• Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or higher, with attention to detail, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
• Candidates with a strong IT background and knowledge in the field of Information Technology are preferred.
• Experience and proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Strong leadership skills, high sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Short-term goal of becoming a SubDM and long-term goal of advancing to DM.
