Senior/Lead Fullstack (Odoo/Python + ReactJS)

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide solutions for Odoo integration and enhancements.
• Lead client meetings to discuss strategies for optimizing the Odoo system.
• Design and maintain applications using Odoo and ReactJS, focusing on performance and responsiveness.
• Ensure seamless data integration between Odoo and third-party CRM systems such as Zendesk and Freshworks.
• Configure and customize CRM software to enable smooth Odoo integration.
• Design and maintain scalable applications on cloud platforms like AWS (experience in building applications on AWS is preferred but not essential).
• Ensure all technical solutions align with business goals and follow best practices.
• Guide junior developers, maintaining high standards of development.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• With 5 years of experience working as a Fullstack Developer
• Having prior knowledge of Python, Odoo, and Javascript is advantageous.
• Open to acquiring skills in Odoo development.
• Proficiency in English – Essential for efficient communication with clients and colleagues.
• Understanding of CRM integration – Proficient in linking Odoo with external CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
• Capability to lead technical conversations and devise scalable, dependable resolutions

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS, for application development (AWS administration skills are not required, but experience developing applications on AWS is preferred).
• Proficient in setting up and tailoring CRM software.
