Job Description

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide solutions for Odoo integration and enhancements.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss strategies for optimizing the Odoo system.
  • Design and maintain applications using Odoo and ReactJS, focusing on performance and responsiveness.
  • Ensure seamless data integration between Odoo and third-party CRM systems such as Zendesk and Freshworks.
  • Configure and customize CRM software to enable smooth Odoo integration.
  • Design and maintain scalable applications on cloud platforms like AWS (experience in building applications on AWS is preferred but not essential).
  • Ensure all technical solutions align with business goals and follow best practices.
  • Guide junior developers, maintaining high standards of development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Odoo/Python Developer.
  • Proficient English communication skills – must effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Strong expertise in Odoo ERP system, including customization and external service integration.
  • Experience with ReactJS – proven ability to develop front-end applications with ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration – previous experience integrating Odoo with third-party CRM platforms like Zendesk and Freshworks.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and create scalable, reliable solutions.

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing applications on cloud platforms like AWS (administration skills not required, but knowledge of application development on AWS is desirable).
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing CRM software.
