HRD Senior Staff.

• Operation internship program in cooperation between the company and the College.
• Planning and operation of internal and external training.
• Job training, leadership training, Discovering educational companies.
• Operation of in-house organizational culture activities.
• Work related to ER.

Other tasks assigned by Supervisors.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred).
• Strong in HRD (training & organizational culture) & ER.
• Basic knowledge about labor laws and HR policy.
• Good at communication and negotiation skill.
• Proficiency in English.

• 13th month salary and Up to 14th-month salary
