• Collaborate with internal and external project teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and priorities, ensuring alignment with development goals.
• Establish and uphold technical standards for projects and the company, particularly when coordinating with third-party teams, to ensure efficient development cycles.
• Proactively detect and resolve system issues, mitigate technological risks, and identify improvement opportunities while providing continuous support to the development team.
• Design and implement scalable backend endpoints, ensuring high performance, scalability, and stability across complex systems.
• Develop and maintain advanced, high-performance web services, interfaces, and software systems to improve customer metrics.
• Mentor team members by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and promoting best practices.
• Enhance system functionalities and performance while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance system design and functionality.
• Document technical processes, software designs, and system architecture thoroughly for future reference.
• Communicate regularly with the Product Manager in daily, weekly, and monthly cycles to ensure project stability and effective planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to guide the development team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and present reports following company standards to inform stakeholders about project progress and system performance.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, across departments, and with stakeholders, maintaining a non-micromanagement approach.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, promoting technical excellence and compliance across all projects.
• Manage and coordinate efficiently with third-party (outsourced) development teams to collaborate seamlessly on daily tasks.

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Java, Node.js Developer.
• At least 4 years of experience as a React.js Developer.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Flutter Developer.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in advanced PostgreSQL and performance optimization.
• Experience with code hosting platforms (version control) like GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with cache servers such as Redis and Memcache.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and cloud computing platforms.
• Knowledge of application framework or language migration, rebuilding, and restructuring is an advantage.
• Understanding of automation, deployment, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• In-depth knowledge of the application development lifecycle, including planning, documentation, and leadership of large-scale projects.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams in identifying solutions to complex problems.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Jira, and Slack is a plus.
