Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the entire DevOps lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Advanced Automation: Develop robust automation frameworks to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes, reducing manual intervention.
• Scalability and Reliability: Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support a vast and growing user base.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure DevOps strategies align with business objectives.
• Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce security best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
• Innovation and Experimentation: Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new tools and technologies to optimize deployment processes and system performance.
• Global Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize global infrastructure to ensure consistent performance and high availability across multiple regions.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation, scalability, and innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Extensive DevOps Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in DevOps, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
• CI/CD Expertise: Strong expertise in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for various scenarios, including mobile development.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Container Orchestration and Monitoring: Proficiency with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Application Performance Management: Advanced skills in Application Performance Management (APM) and infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
• Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and Python.
• Product Team Experience: Experience working in high-performing product teams focused on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
• Security and Compliance: In-depth understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements within a DevOps framework.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Advanced Technologies: Familiarity with advanced technologies such as AI/ML for DevOps (AIOps), serverless computing, and edge computing is a plus.
