Senior Backend Engineer (Golang)

We are a trusted engineering partner for global tech enterprises, building high-performance software teams from Vietnam. Currently, we're expanding a dedicated team for a well-known global FoodTech platform with operations in 50+ countries.

The team is responsible for developing a core backend module within a large-scale distributed system that handles millions of transactions daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Go and Python
• Work on high-availability, distributed systems running at global scale
• Build and optimize APIs interacting with real-time data pipelines
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across services
• Participate in Agile processes, technical discussions, and peer reviews

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• Proficiency in Go as a must, and experienced in Python is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven design
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch...) and PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Airflow or other ETL orchestration tools
• Background in high-load systems (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, fintech)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools

• Fully-remote working (Vietnam timezone)
• Employment type: contractor (1 year)
• NET salary (PIT will be covered by the company)
