Job Description
Job Description
- Lead and manage the Internal Development System team, ensuring efficient operation and development of internal systems
- Be responsible for system design, development, and maintenance of internal applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive technical improvements and promote best practices to optimize system performance and scalability
- Manage team workflow, performance evaluation, and support members’ professional development
- Ensure system stability and contribute to long-term system strategy and improvement
Requirements
- Must be Korean nationality (Korean Native)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
- At least 4+ years of experience in SI (System Integration) or Project Management
- Proven experience in technical leadership or team management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining team morale
- Basic English communication skills
