Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the external production groups for Digital Comics/Webtoons, making sure all final products are top-notch and submitted by the deadline.
• Improve work processes and distribute tasks effectively to maximize output and save time.
• Create a strong working culture where members take ownership and focus on achieving goals.
• Build and maintain an organized system to monitor work volume, output quality, and delivery speed.
• Put together and present regular summaries (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) showing useful insights and next steps.
• Keep a close eye on performance metrics so the team always hits or goes beyond the set targets.
• Analyze data and statistics to find weak points and introduce continuous improvements.
• Take charge of the department's sales results, focusing on revenue goals and expansion plans.
• Plan and carry out sales strategies that match our production capabilities and what clients want.
• Look for and secure new partners, while keeping current buyers happy and expanding business with them.
• Be fully responsible for the cash flow, managing expenses, and ensuring the project makes a profit (P&L duties).
• Spot chances to grow the operation, build better pricing structures, and boost total earnings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a similar major.
• A minimum of 4 years working in sales, leading a group, or related positions.
• Having a background in guiding big groups of staff is a major plus.
• Solid background in creating reports, reading data, and handling performance indicators.
• Always focused on achieving clear, trackable results.
• Great at breaking down information and finding solutions to issues.
• Good at guiding people and working well with different partners/managers.
• Can speak and write English fluently.
• Knowing Vietnamese is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a quick-moving place that focuses heavily on performance.
• Previous work in making media content, digital comics, or creative fields will help you stand out.
