Job description:

- Prepare shipping documents for domestic and import/export business, manage buying & selling orders

- Communicate with suppliers, customers, forwarders to process orders

- Support Japanese colleagues for business in Vietnam

- Monthly/quarterly/yearly report

- Support Sales Manager for other relating tasks

Requirements:

- Good communication in English (both verbal and written), knowing Japanese is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in economics/Business/Logistics..., having knowledge in business and import/export

- Responsible, careful, working well under pressure

- Having experience in textile industry is a plus
