Job description:

We are looking for people who are interested in analyzing and organizing information using Excel.

You will have the chance to challenge a wide range of tasks, including quality control and other general procedures.

Your career vision would be becoming an expert of both internal and external coordination, in the field of apparel production management.

• Patrol factories (OEM), check production progress at site and on OTL, report weekly
• Analyze production delay risk by checking materials arrangement status, efficiency, timeline etc
• Coordinate closely with service provider company and T1
• Monitor product inspection
• Issue purchase orders to factories
• Check surcharge and confirm PCL
• Other general work like handling payments, PCL, tech packs issuing schedule etc.

Job Requirements:

• Male/female under 40 years old
• Having 5-7 years of production management experience in apparel industry and good knowledge of production flow.
• English skills including email and verbal conversation (equivalent to IELT 6.5), knowing Japanese is a plus
• Practical Excel skills (with qualification, if possible)
• Efficient communication; negotiation, ability to understand and deliver key points in reporting
• Ability to travel across Vietnam to visit factories in weekly basis.
• Ability to travel oversea in bi-monthly or depends on production situation.

• 13th-month salary, bonus depends on business results
