This position is based in the Thanh Hoa area. The role is responsible for managing the sole design and manufacturing processes for new footwear models at assigned factories, while closely coordinating with factories in the Ho Chi Minh City area.

As the role involves working with a small team and coordinating across multiple factories, we are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. You will also coordinate and facilitate all topics related to sole and MOLD design within the development engineering team and with other departments outside the company, so that footwear products can achieve their goals without compromising on quality or design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tasks related to shoe sole design, including mold (MOLD) design and various manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with factories to implement instructions from the company headquarters regarding shoe sole development (schedule, design, etc.)
• Manage molds (MOLD) at assigned factories and handle mold transfers between factories
• Work closely with manager and other members in the Ho Chi Minh City area to ensure accurate reporting and continuous process improvement (Includes several business trips per year to the Ho Chi Minh City area, including during the training period)

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in sole design, technical drawing, and mold manufacturing in the footwear or related industries
• Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing, processes, and structure
• Candidates with experience at Nike, Adidas, New Balance, or other major sportswear brands are highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Ability to work flexibly across different teams and perform well under pressure
• Ability to face challenges sincerely and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced working environment
• Business-level Japanese proficiency is required (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above). Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus
• Communication with Japanese staff and factory executive members will be conducted in Japanese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

Job Description:

• タンホアー地区での勤務になります．担当する工場において，ホーチミン地区の工場と連携を取りながら，新しいシューズのソール設計・製造する工程を管理します．少人数で各工場のメンバーと連携するためにコミュニケーション能力と責任感の高い人材を求めています．また、品質やデザインに妥協することなく、社内外の他部門との間で、ソール・MOLD設計に関するあらゆるトピックを調整・促進します。

Key Responsibilities

• シューズのソール設計に関わる業務，具体的にはMOLD設計および各種製造に関わる業務
• シューズソール開発に関する本社からの指示に対する工場との調整業務 (スケジュール，デザイン)
• 担当工場におけるMOLDの管理，他工場とのMOLD移管業務
• ホーチミン地区の上司や他メンバーと連携して業務を実施し，高精度の報告と業務改善を行う (研修期間を み，年数回のホーチミン地区への出張が含まれる)

Requirements

• 3年以上から8年以上、フットウェアまたは関連業界でのソール設計、図面作製、MOLD作製の経験者。フットウェアの製造、プロセス、構造を熟知している方。ナイキ、アディダス、ニューバランス、大手スポーツウェアメーカーでの勤務経験者歓迎。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人能力を有し、部門を超えて協力できる。
• 異なるチーム間で協働し、柔軟性を保ち、プレッシャーに対処する能力
• 課題や問題に対して誠実に向かい合い，単独で解決する能力
• テンポの速い環境における優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人能力
• ビジネスレベルの日本語が必要(日本語可（N3相当以上）。その他の言語能力（北京語）があれば尚可。

• During the trial period (60 days): 85% of basic salary
