General Responsibilities
- Set KPIs and action plans aligned with the company's goals, strategy, and tactics.
- Regularly review and update plans, including conducting internal reviews and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Provide consistent progress reports and consult with the Sales Manager.
- Improve efficiency and productivity through ongoing process optimization and the application of KAIZEN principles.
As a Sales Account Manager
- Maintain effective communication with clients to build and sustain long-term relationships.
- Take full responsibility for sales performance, contract terms, and the profitability of assigned projects.
- Monitor and manage monthly sales data for your projects.
- Analyze project profitability and take corrective actions to maintain or improve results.
- Work closely with the development team to prepare proposal documents.
- Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms and conditions.
- Adjust contract details with clients as required.
- Create and maintain action plans for each project under your management.
- Coordinate with the Sales Admin team to prepare contracts, payment requests, and invoices.
As a Marketing Executive (Optional)
Note: These tasks are not mandatory and may be assigned based on your skills, experience, or interest. A separate marketing team is being formed to handle core marketing activities.
- Generate qualified leads via digital marketing, social media, SEO, events, and other channels.
- Develop and manage lead acquisition strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Manage social media platforms and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with designers to create and update promotional content and sales materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
- Organize sales events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or marketing.
- A background in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred.
- High sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas based on facts and data.
- Proactive attitude toward staying current with industry trends and new technologies.
- Language requirements:
- Japanese: JLPT N1–N2 (Required)
- English: TOEIC 600+
Note: Practical communication ability is more important than formal certifications.
