• Collaborating across functions in your scrum team
• Designing and developing backend services
• Writing clean, simple, and efficient code, covered with tests
• Suggesting and proposing creative solutions to solve problems
• Work closely with tech team (tester, frontend)
• Continuously apply new technologies to maximize efficiency

Requirement

• At least 2-year experience with Ruby On Rails development and some server-side languages such as PHP, Java, ...
• Experience with automated test and Test-Driven Development
• Knowledge about DB design, IT architecture, and object-oriented frameworks
• Experienced in working with source control such as Github, GIT
• Basic knowledge about Javascript, HTML, and CSS

Nice to have

• Can communicate in English/Japanese is a big plus.
• Ability to Design patterns.
• Experience with hosting and deployment in the cloud (AWS)
