• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and deliverables
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Regularly report project status to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions
• Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam
• Facilitate effective communication by translating and interpreting technical discussions, requirements, and project-related information from Japanese to English, and vice versa
• Ensure all parties have a clear understanding of project goals, objectives, and expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience in project management and software development
• Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with Japanese clients and the development team
• Strong technical skills in software development and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Prior experience working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural environment is advantageous
