• Plan project development, manage risks, divide work, take responsibility for the project to stakeholders and project activities.
• Receive requests from the business department and other departments, organize surveys, agree on requirements with stakeholders
• Manage project team, evaluate/comment on project team capacity.
• Manage project workload members.
• Identify/solve problems.
• Minimize/prevent risks to ensure the project runs on schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, report on project status, propose solutions to keep the project running smoothly, ensure project quality.
• Research and propose changes to software production processes (if any)

Requirements:

• University graduate with a good degree or higher, priority given to majors in IT, Software Engineering, Information Security and related fields
• English equivalent to 650+ TOEIC
• At least 03 years of experience in the position of information technology project manager or similar projects (PM). Priority is given to candidates with PMP certification
• Experience managing projects according to various models such as Agile, Waterfall
• Proficient in project management and risk control tools
