• Communicating with Japanese clients and organizing requirements
• Acting as a bridge between the Japanese client and the Vietnamese development team, and managing project progress
• Managing project schedules, quality, and costs
• Preparing for regular meetings, reports, and issue tracking
• Handling documentation, demos, and delivery support
• Possible business trips to Japan if necessary

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Japanese nationality (must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City)
• At least 2 years of practical experience as a PM or PL in software development
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in an international environment

Preferred:

• Experience in offshore development in Vietnam or other countries
• Communication skills in English or Vietnamese
• Knowledge and practical experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
