Job Description

Act as a Bridge SE to communicate with customer.
Analyze business requirement.
Lead development project.
Control project schedule, quality, cost.
Report to Line Manager.
Lead/instruct/guide team members in project.

5~6 years’ experience as Software Developer.
Strong leadership, problem-solving skill, technical survey skill.
Experience with one of following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, jQuery, etc (2 years).
Experience with one of following database system: MySQL, Postgres SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc (2 years).
Experience with one of following development framework: J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, NodeJS, AngularJS, etc (2 years).
Experience with web system development (2 years).
More than 2 year experience on ServiceNow is a plus.
Communicate directly with customers in Japanese.
