Job Description
Job Description:
- Searching new water/wastewater project opportunity (including Investment/Financing structure of PPP project)
- Lead whole process of project development and contract / supporting to whole process of proposal
- Build new network with government officers or related organization
- Lead or Support Pre F/S and F/S management
- Support to communicate between Korean manager and local players and local government, authority and institutions
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Pre-order contract or Long term partnership contract with nominated sub-con or partner company
- Other tasks as required by direct manager
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance etc or Civil, Environment, Architect or Water/Infrastructure related
- At least 7 years working in similar role
- Fluent in English or Korean
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- High responsible, accountable, can work independent & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks
