Job Description
- Manage the product backlog by translating the product requirements into a prioritized set of well-defined epics and user stories.
- Communicate effectively between Sales Team and IT to cover all items in product publishing & update timeline.
- Support CS team to handle user reviews, questions and technical issues.
- Perform market research by speaking with customers and prospects, working with industry analysts, and looking at competitive solutions.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ability to work on multi-tasks effectively.
- 6 months - 1 year experience in developing digital product (website/ mobile app).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Eager to learn new things and not afraid of challenges.
- Good communication in English
