• Plan, develop, and execute Programmatic SEO strategies to optimize and scale content across thousands of pages efficiently.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify programmatic content opportunities.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including schema markup, EEAT, and internal linking structures.
• Build and manage programmatic templates and automated workflows to generate scalable SEO-friendly content.
• Collaborate with the MarTech team to research, develop, and optimize SEO tools and systems that improve efficiency and performance.
• Work with developers to create and enhance custom SEO tools, APIs, and database-driven projects.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of programmatically generated pages using SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, ensuring compliance with the latest best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to align SEO strategies with broader business goals.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in Programmatic SEO projects.
• Expertise in scaling high-volume or competitive keywords using advanced SEO techniques.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Experience in collaborating with MarTech teams to build and enhance SEO tools and systems for automation and optimization.
• Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Experience with data-driven content creation and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or Excel macros).
• Familiarity with ASO, Affiliate Marketing, or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing large-scale data sets and generating actionable insights
• Experience in industries like e-commerce, online travel, real estate, crypto, finance, or gaming is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in English to interpret SEO-related materials.
• A growth mindset with a strong desire to innovate and learn.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-departmental projects
• Long-term commitment and enthusiasm for scaling SEO operations at scale
