Job Description
Our project is an AI-based SaaS product, providing advanced AI solutions (AI Consulting, AI PoC creation, ..) for Japanese companies. The project's mission is to harness the power of AI to transform industries and create smarter, more efficient operations. They are currently focusing on developing two main products: LLM (Large-Scale Language) and Internal ChatGPT.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of in-house AI products, primarily focusing on backend development using Python.
- Develop and maintain software to be provided in our AI solution business.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and data infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI models and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Collaborate with the Project Leader and Delivery Manaager for reporting and project management.
Job requirement
Must have:
- 5+ years of practical experience as a Backend Developer
- 3+ years of practical experience as a Python Engineer (Django, Flask, etc.).
- Good understanding of Cloud Environment (mainly Azure, preferably GCP or AWS) and Tools (Github, Teams, Zoom, Notion)
- Ability to work independently as an engineer
Nice to have:
- Experience in Frontend, especially in React.JS
- Experience in product development using AI.
- Experience and interest in upstream processes such as requirement definition.
- Interest in the AI field.
- Experience leading a tech team.
