Requirements

Mandatory (MUST)

• Japanese language proficiency N2 or higher
• Over 2 years of experience in HR administration in an IT company and experience in IT recruitment is a significant plus
• Ability to commit to achieving set goals and assigned tasks

Preferred (WANT)

• Good communication skills both internally and externally
• Proficiency in office computing and web tools
• A passion for recruitment and a desire to develop a career in this field

• Employment type: Full-time employee
• Probation period: 2 months
• Working hours: Flexible from 08:00 to 17:00, 8 hours per day, 1-hour break. Core time: 9:00-15:00
