Marketing Operations

- Assist and support the Marketing Manager and marketing team to plan all brand activities such as campaigns, promotions, launches, animations, and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales

- Follow up on deadlines with content, PR, Social Media regularly and give support if needed

- Propose a quarterly marketing plan and follow up strictly with the team

- Take the lead in monthly marketing meetings and create a monthly plan for each function in the team, ensure the marketing plan will be followed until the deadline.

Communication

- Propose and lead communication of the planning and execution of all marketing activities with internal teams

- Research and collation of market, competitive, and business information and any ad-hoc marketing needs of the team

Administrative and reporting duties

- Support the brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties when needed

- Report monthly activities to the management team

- Prepare preview of monthly activities to the management team

- Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business

- At least 1-year of experience in the related field.

- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for the Fashion industry and a genuine interest in developing a career in marketing 

- Monthly commission.

- Salary is reviewed & adjusted annually plus 13th-month salary and bonus depend on the business result of the Company & your performance appraisal;
