• Head the Product Management Department in Vietnam.
• Supervise and mentor IT communicators and Product Owners.
• Manage people development and performance within the office.
• Collaborate with product managers at Japanese headquarters to deliver outstanding products.
• Design and conduct training programs for Product Managers.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in software product management.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities, managing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in start-up or venture environments, preferably from inception.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams with 10+ members.
• Proficiency in Japanese (business-level or higher in reading, writing, and speaking).
