Job Description

  • Expand the market, identify and develop potential customers.
  • Survey customer needs, build business solutions/proposals, participate in presentations, and demonstrate solution capabilities.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers, calculate revenue and profit.
  • Manage the business opportunity pipeline, consolidate information, supervise, and coordinate projects.
  • Participate in bidding document preparation, develop implementation plans, and monitor progress.
  • Negotiate terms and sign contracts.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships & provide after-sales support.
  • Research market information, customers, competitors, solution trends, and legal regulations.
  • Support other Sales Department activities when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise clients (large corporations, banking, or financial institutions is a strong advantage).
  • Solid understanding of B2B products and technology-based solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent sense of responsibility, with a careful and detail-oriented working style.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • English communication skills are an advantage.
