About the position:

We are actively seeking fresh graduates to join our international and multicultural team as a Junior Advisor. This is a perfect entry-level position for dynamic candidates who are looking to gain valuable experience in consulting, general business, sales and customer service.

The Junior Advisor will receive extensive training on insurance & financial services products as well as the latest consulting techniques.

1. Sales (60%)

As an Advisor you will be responsible for consulting both inbound and outbound prospects who are interested in at first with personal health insurance. As you develop, you’ll get more experience with corporate health insurance and personal life insurance and savings plans. You advise during the entire sales cycle, including:

● Lead generation via calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media

● Initial consultation & needs analysis

● Use our quoting system to make quotes

● Explain quotes, benefits & advise client with recommendation

● Follow-up until deal is won/lost

● Sales sign-up, applications forms, contracts & policy documents

2. Client Relationship Management (40%)

● Act as the main point of contact to clients when they have any questions or need help

● Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service department.

● Use our CRM system to set tasks and reminders

● Policy administration for client’s next payments and renewals

● Introduce new products to our clients and ask for referrals

Must have:

● Good English

● The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

Nice to have:

● Degree in field that involves business, communication and/or English. Freshers are welcome!

● Energetic, outgoing, and friendly

● Attention to details & organized

● Self-motivated and be motivated by targets

● Persuasive and goal-oriented

● No insurance experience required, we’ll train you!
