Preparation & translation of documents, contracts, and liquidation minutes for Advisory Division.

• Compose and translate other documents as assigned by the Manager.

Support in the performance of Advisory Contracts

• Assist in drafting template to implement the scope of work specified in the Advisory contract signed between PHS and the client.
• Assist the clients in tackling the problems arising, and answer their inquiries and concerns of the clients.
• Measure the satisfaction level of clients for the services provided during the assessment period, e.g. complaints (if any) & their reasons, and compliance with the schedule.

Other work of Advisory Division.

• University degree in finance, auditing, securities
• A securities practice certificate is preferred
• High sense of responsibility
• Good level of English: Bilingual drafting, communication
• Carefully
• Proficient in office applications
• Ability to work under high pressure
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of Finance, Banking, and Securities.
• Experience in Advisory, Investment Banking is preferred
