- The Android HMI developer is responsible for developing and maintaining Human Machine Interfaces in Automotive eCockPit;

Key responsibilities include:

- Requirements analysis;

- Concepts & Design of HMI elements using UML;

- HMI Implementation in Android and UI development tools;

- Developing and debugging object-oriented software;

- Unit testing & module level testing;

- Build and release as per process.

Mandatory skills:

- Graduated from the University with major in Information Technology, Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related majors abroad;

- Excellent understanding of AOSP architecture and concepts;

- Strong knowledge of Android framework, boot and memory optimizations;

- Preferably with automotive Android experience;

- Multithreaded application development experience;

- Extremely proficient in Java, Android SDK, JNI, C++, JSON, Sqlite, RESTful API's;

- Need to have good knowledge of Android core components and IPC(AIDL) mechanism like binders;

- Experience with Android HAL and HIDL Audio, Graphics, Camera, Sensors, Automotive etc.;

- Android services Media and system services;

Preferred skills:

- Basic understanding of Linux kernel architecture and device drivers/BSP;

- Experience with Android GAS;

- Android automotive;

- AOSP build and adaptation;

- Android application framework.
