• Build and maintain software solutions spanning mobile, web, and backend layers
• Take ownership of an existing cross-platform mobile application, improving and extending its capabilities
• Work alongside product and design teams to deliver scalable and user-focused features
• Develop backend components, including APIs, data storage, and real-time processing services
• Ensure systems run efficiently with strong performance, scalability, and smooth user experience across platforms
• Connect and manage external services such as analytics tools, notification systems, and AI-based solutions

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with solid full-stack expertise
• Practical experience with React Native; familiarity with Expo is a plus
• Background in backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
• Experience working with BaaS platforms like Supabase or alternatives (e.g., Firebase, Appwrite)
• Good understanding of mobile app architecture, API design, and scalable system principles
• Experience working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL), RESTful services, and real-time data flows
• Familiar with version control systems and CI/CD workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
• Good command of English for communication

Nice to Have

• Experience building solutions across multiple platforms (mobile and web ecosystems)
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of microservices or distributed system design
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including containerization and deployment pipelines
• Experience integrating AI/ML or data-driven functionalities
• Background working in multi-project setups or outsourcing environments
