• Develop and implement strategies for managing and optimizing on-premise infrastructure (servers, networks, data centers).
• Lead the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring, to enhance system efficiency.
• Manage and mentor the technical team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to industry standards for on-premise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, etc.) to align infrastructure solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve on-premise systems and potentially transition to hybrid or Cloud solutions.
• Report directly to senior management on infrastructure performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Head of Tech, Tech Manager, Tech Leader, or equivalent, with a focus on on-premise infrastructure and DevOps.
• For candidates from the banking sector, experience at the Team Leader or Deputy Head level in technology divisions, specializing in on-premise infrastructure or DevOps.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and on-premise infrastructure management (servers, networking, storage).
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire technical teams.
• Deep understanding of system security, infrastructure management, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale on-premise infrastructure or digital transformation projects.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays off as regulated.
